PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Manager of Data Analytics leads the design, development and execution of innovative analytic solutions to support the planning, implementation and evaluation of PECO Field and Meter Services team. The position is highly analytical and will require the individual to blend the application of business, strategic, and design thinking with mathematics and technology to enable better data informed decision making. This position will be responsible for managing, leading, and training a team of data analysts in the use of data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling technologies. This position will also have responsibility over defining and executing the department's analytics strategy, supporting ad-hoc analytics, and overall accountability for the management of PECO’s Electric and Gas Meterdata. Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
